We’ll begin with a 3‑hour presentation that explores how hormones influence mood, energy, sleep, stress, and daily life. You’ll learn practical, accessible tools to support your body—without overwhelm or complicated routines. After lunch break, you’ll learn about menopause, and the holistic approach to deal with the symptoms. From there, we’ll move into gentle exercises and guided practices that help you tune into your body’s signals and cultivate a sense of grounded clarity.

To close, you’ll be guided through a meditation and sound bath, allowing your system to soften, integrate, and reset. The soothing frequencies of crystal bowls and other instruments create a deeply restorative environment, helping you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself. This retreat is perfect for anyone seeking understanding, balance, and a supportive space to reconnect with their inner wisdom.

We will be providing tea and snack snacks throughout the day, but please bring your lunch.
