Next, we will move into breathwork, inviting life, energy, and renewal into our bodies and minds.

From there, a sound bath will amplify and elevate the vibrations, deepening the transformative work we’ve cultivated.

We will conclude this sacred experience with a sharing circle and a heart-opening cacao ceremony, leaving us grounded, connected, and ready to step into the new year with purpose.
