In collaboration with Higher Ground Wellness Retreat
We will come together to release, recharge, and set powerful intentions for 2025.
Our journey will begin with yoga to cleanse and balance the chakras, creating harmony within.
Next, we will move into breathwork, inviting life, energy, and renewal into our bodies and minds.
From there, a sound bath will amplify and elevate the vibrations, deepening the transformative work we’ve cultivated.
We will conclude this sacred experience with a sharing circle and a heart-opening cacao ceremony, leaving us grounded, connected, and ready to step into the new year with purpose.
