Join us for a nourishing one day retreat designed to help you reconnect with your body, understand your hormonal rhythms, and create more balance from the inside out. This immersive experience blends education, embodiment, hands on practice, and deep relaxation to support your overall well‑being.

We’ll begin with a 3‑hour presentation that explores how hormones influence mood, energy, sleep, stress, and daily life. You’ll learn practical, accessible tools to support your body—without overwhelming or complicated routines. After lunch break, you’ll learn about menopause, and the holistic approach to deal with the symptoms. From there, we’ll move into gentle exercises and guided practices that help you tune into your body’s signals and cultivate a sense of grounded clarity.

To close, you’ll be guided through a meditation and sound bath, allowing your system to soften, integrate, and reset.
