Join us in this Elemental Soul Restoration aligning and balancing your chakra’s. Followed by powerful breath work & drumming. Then a sound bath to integrate, close and seal the beautiful work that has been done.

• journal and pen/pencil (optional)

• Water and/or tea

• Yoga Mat

• Blanket

• Pillow

• Bolster for you knees (optional)

• Wear comfortable layered clothing (breath work will warm you and the sound bath will cool you down)
